New special ordered products and or custom-built products, cannot be cancelled or returned after ordered.

New stock items:

• 10% restocking fee for regular stock items returned in as new condition within the first 7 days.

• 20% deduction from the original purchase price per month from the date of purchase.

• Used products once purchased cannot be returned.

• Delivery and installation charges will not be refunded.

• Pick up fees may apply.
